This policy explains what personal information Devman Organics collects when you shop with us, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Order details you give us: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, optional order notes, and the items you buy.
- Payment status: Razorpay processes your payment. We receive a payment reference and status, but never your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- On your device: your shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To fulfil and deliver your order and contact you about it.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping and cancellation updates) to the email address you provide.
- To keep financial and order records, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not add you to any marketing list because you made a purchase. If we ever offer a newsletter, we will ask for your separate consent.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Your information is stored in our database hosted on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare (hosting and database), Razorpay (payments) and Resend (email delivery) to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations. Records that we are legally required to retain cannot be deleted on request until the retention period ends.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (subject to the legal retention described above). Contact [email protected] and we will respond.
Security
Our site is served over HTTPS, access to customer data is restricted to authorised administrators, and payment details are handled only by Razorpay.

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always on this page.
